Residence permits for foreign nationals

The residence permit is an administrative document that enables a foreign citizen to legally stay in the Republic of Kosovo for a longer period than a short-term stay, according to the purpose of the stay: work, business, family reunification, studies, scientific research or other permitted reasons.
