Easy Accounting is the operating partner for businesses that want regular accounting, organized documents and more secure decisions. We don't see accounting as just recording invoices or filing filings; we see it as part of the daily operation of the business. Every invoice, payment, contract, salary, filing, deadline or institutional request has an impact on the way the business is managed, reported and developed.

We help clients from the first business steps, such as registration in ARBK and organizing the initial file, to monthly accounting, taxes, VAT, salaries, financial reports, bank documents, licensing, institutional representation and advice for clearer decisions. Our goal is that the business does not work with scattered documents, forgotten deadlines or decisions made without clear figures.

Our work is based on speed, correctness and real responsibility. Clients appreciate us for quick response, clear communication and attention to detail. We do not treat any document as trivial, because a missing invoice, an unclear payment or a missed deadline can create a problem later.

Easy Accounting works with a modern approach. Documents can be organized in digital/cloud form, communication can be done remotely, while reports are prepared in a more comprehensible way for the owner and management. We are also gradually developing access to AI Accounting, in order to make documents, notifications, error checking and reporting faster and smarter, always with professional verification.

Our team combines experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, paperwork, financial reporting, institutions and administrative support. The back-office follows requests, documents and deadlines during the month, while the professional core takes care of control, organization, advice and decisions that require more attention.

We work from the office in Pristina and remotely, depending on the client's needs. Customers can contact us through meetings, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels, while documents are organized so that they can be found quickly when requested by the customer, bank, ATK, ARBK or other institutions.
